Wildlife Return (1 April 2023 - 31 March 2024)

It is a condition of your wildlife licence that you must complete a Return form summarising the wildlife activities you must write in your Record Book.   You will need to have your wildlife licence number and Record Book at hand to help you complete this form.

You must:

  • include all wildlife species that were or have been in your possession during this period (even if you no longer have them).

  • include any wildlife activities that occurred between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024 (do not use this form for any activities outside of this period).

  • check to make sure that your figures add up.

After you have submitted your Return form, a copy will be emailed to you for your records.  You are legally required to keep a copy of your Return.

For large collections, it is recommended that you complete your Return as a series of smaller ones (eg. up to 5 species at a time), submitting each set as you go.
